Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the remodel. A typical kitchen or bath remodel can take 4–8 weeks, while larger projects like additions or full-home renovations may take 4-6 months.

We build custom homes, multi-family homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) designed to match your lifestyle, budget, and long-term goals. Every build is approached with care, precision, and an unwavering focus on lasting quality.

We begin with a planning consultation to understand your vision and site conditions. We collaborate with architects or designers (yours or ours), assist with permits, and provide clear timelines and estimates before breaking ground. From excavation to final finishes, we manage every step of the build, as well as feasibility analysis and help with the permitting process.
Custom homes generally take 6–12 months to complete, once permits have been obtained and depending on design complexity and site conditions. ADUs may take 4–6 months. We provide detailed schedules before construction begins and keep you informed at every stage.

We take on general contracting roles for both homeowner-led and developer-led new home or multi-family home projects. Our services include estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, quality control as well as feasibility analysis and permitting assistance. We act as your central point of contact throughout the project.
Project timelines depend on scope and scale. We provide a detailed project schedule during the planning phase and maintain regular updates throughout construction.
